A customer from Croatia has built a bale loader at home that allows reaching a height of up to 3.7 m. This way, several bales can be loaded into one stack, reducing the area needed for bale storage.

The mowing season is in full swing before the summer heat, which also brings the collection of fodder.

Our customer is engaged in the production of forks for collecting bales, including a “double” version, where the tractor can pick up and transport four bales at once.

For production, the customer also uses our hydraulic cylinders. The latter lifts the upper pair of bales, thus making room for two more below.

The result? This way, trips from the meadow to the farm are definitely more economical.

A customer from Belgium previously had only mechanical opening for the rear side of their tractor trailer. Due to a larger workload, the opening was quite time-consuming, so the customer converted it to hydraulic. Certain reinforcements were needed, as well as the connection of both hydraulic cylinders with controls in the tractor cabin. The customer can now open the trailer side from the cabin and does not need to go outside before tipping.

Our customer has created an exceptionally functional and aesthetically pleasing dump trailer in their home workshop, using numerous components from our offer:

• Sides with a height of 400 mm, side finishes and reinforcements ensure the strength and stability of the structure
• Hinges and locks allow for safe and easy opening and closing of the sides
• Telescopic dump cylinder ensures reliable tipping of the loaded cargo
