HYDRAULIC REGENERATIVE VALVE HI-LO VRSP V1230 95lit - 350bar

Description of operation:

The VRPS "Hi-Lo speed cube" valve is specially designed to increase the speed of the cylinder (most commonly used for a wood splitter).

In the normal loaded state or unencumbered state, the working pressure in the system through the valve is set up on 60 bar (factory set). In this range, the valve automatically switches the oil flow from both sides of the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic cylinder - splitter - has a higher speed but less compression force. 

In the case of a higher load at the cylinder (splitter), the working pressure in the system also increase.

In this range, when it rises above 60 bar (or adjustable pressure), to normal oil flow. Now, the splitter has the full compressive force and normal speed, declared by the pump flow.
