PRESSURE DISCONNECT PIN FOR VALVE P81

This function allows a pressure disconnect system (the lever is returned to the neutral position). When the spindle is manually moved into the pressure disconnect system, the oil is redirected to the 'B' working port (away from the lever). When the pressure in port “B” exceeds the set value, the pressure disconnect pin releases the control lever to the neutral position.

The factory setting is 70 bar.

The pressure disconnect pin is adjustable by loosening the nut (4), turning the adjustment screw (5) clockwise will increase the pressure on the pressure disconnect pin, and counterclockwise will decrease the pressure. WARNING: If the pressure disconnect pin is set to too high a pressure, the lever will not disconnect to the neutral position, or if set to too low a pressure, the pressure disconnect pin will not hold the lever in the ready-to-disconnect position.
